Questions

Questions, answered

What buyers ask us most often – answered briefly. If your question is missing, write to us.

01 Working with us

Who do you work with?

Businesses only: importers, wholesalers, retailers, online sellers and companies buying for their own operations. We do not sell to consumers.

Why is there no phone number?

We work in writing. Specifications, prices and agreements are clearer by e-mail, and nothing gets lost between calls. Every enquiry receives a written reply.

Which languages do you work in?

English, German and Polish. Communication with the factories is handled by our team in Hong Kong.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within one to two working days (Hong Kong time). Sourcing enquiries that need supplier quotations take longer – we tell you when to expect a quotation.

02 Orders & samples

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and the factory. Stock items can often be ordered in mixed cartons; production runs and private label have minimum quantities, which we state in every quotation.

Can I get samples?

Yes – we recommend samples before every first order. Costs and shipping are agreed per case.

Can you produce under my brand?

Yes. Most products in our divisions are available as private label: logo, colours, packaging and manuals.

How do I pay?

A common structure is a deposit on order and the balance before shipment. Details are stated in the proforma invoice; other terms can be agreed for repeat orders.

03 Quality & compliance

Do the products have CE marking?

Products intended for the EU are supplied with the relevant documentation – for example CE declarations and test reports. We check the documents before we quote.

Who inspects the goods?

Every order has a pre-shipment inspection based on AQL sampling. An independent inspection company can be appointed on request.

Are your ATVs road-legal?

Selected models are available with EU type approval and a Certificate of Conformity. Off-road models are clearly labelled as such.

Can you ship lithium batteries?

Yes, as dangerous goods under the IMDG and IATA rules, with a UN 38.3 test summary and safety data sheet.

04 Shipping

Which Incoterms do you offer?

EXW, FOB and CFR/CIF; DAP on request with partners.

How long does sea freight to Europe take?

Around 30–45 days port to port for full containers, depending on route and season.

Can you combine goods from several suppliers?

Yes. We consolidate goods from different factories into one container to save freight and handling.
